Why We Need to Give You Product Labels

In accordance with "The New York State Right to Know Law" all pest control companies operating in the state of New York MUST give product labels to their customers at the beginning of each new year or at the beginning of any new service. Though you may have the very same labels that we are giving you, we must provide these labels again at the beginning of the year.

Please download, print and sign the label form indicating that you have in fact received these labels in accordance with NYS law. We must file this signature form in our office as proof that we have given out labels to you.
